It's rare that you get the chance to set this up from scratch with all the resources that you need. It's also not always given that what you develop matters and is being used by clients in production.

We've once organized a Hackathon to setup an MVP analytics infrastructure from scratch. Some talented team members gathered off-site and spent two intense weeks with coding, eating kebab and finishing the day with beers and discussions about space and movies. Hard to beat this.
